3. Orders and Payment

Orders can be placed through our website or by direct contact via WhatsApp.

An order is only confirmed after communication with our customer service and confirmation of product availability.

Available payment methods include cash on delivery, bank transfer, or installment services (subject to approval).

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping takes 1-3 working days within Alexandria.

For customers in Beheira and the North Coast, delivery takes 2-5 working days depending on the location.

Shipping fees are determined based on the customer’s location and the nature of the order.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Customers have the right to return or exchange a product within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided it is in its original condition and unused.

Shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
